In Demagog since April 2021. She is responsible for ensuring the linguistic correctness of our texts. She is an advocate of inclusive language, feminative forms, and writing in plain language.

She holds a degree in Polish Philology in Practice from the University of Warsaw, Publishing from the Pedagogical University in Krakow, postgraduate studies in Management at WSB in Chorzów, and International Relations at the University of Silesia in Katowice. She has worked in the private sector for twenty-seven years, managing marketing and sales projects, organizing industry conferences, and music concerts.

Privately, Monika is a lover of shelter mutts, books, and themed travels. She also collects elephants and vintage items.
