Cezary graduated in computer science from the Poznań University of Technology. He works as a programmer, focusing on the application of machine learning in public administration.

At the Demagog Association, he applies his data analysis skills to support the search for reliable information. He is also keen to share knowledge about artificial intelligence and its impact on disinformation, fake news, and everyday life.

His interests include cognitive science, cinema, history, hiking, and exploring new cultures.
