Since 2018, Kinga has been working on issues related to disinformation at the Demagog Association. Since 2020, she has coordinated projects and teams dedicated to countering disinformation on social media, addressing false information circulating across various platforms. She is involved in the EU-funded projects AI4TRUST and Hatedemics.
Kinga regularly participates in industry conferences, debates, and interviews, where she shares her experience and expertise as a speaker. She has developed her knowledge of disinformation through intensive professional training programs such as EDMO, Global Fact, and the Facebook Fact-Checking Summit. She completed the DFRLab Digital Sherlocks training program (2020-2021, 2022-2023) and is a certified PRINCE2® Project Manager.
She graduated in sociology and media and advertising management from the Jagiellonian University. As part of the Erasmus program, she also studied at Paris Nanterre University. Her master’s thesis, titled “Pandemic Healers – Disinformation in Personal Brand Management,” examined individuals spreading false information about the COVID-19 pandemic on social media.
Kinga conducts workshops on countering disinformation and online safety for young people, university students, educators, teachers, and seniors. Over the course of her career, she has trained more than 600 participants. She also delivers training sessions for companies (including UNIQA and Deloitte) and NGOs (such as Wikimedia and the Creative Initiatives Association “ę”).
Within the School of Digital Responsibility, she has led workshops on content verification, social media algorithms, and navigating the information ecosystem. She has also trained seniors as part of the Seniors Online project and teachers through Humbug workshops. By collaborating with various organizations including Poland Business Run, the Polish Platform for Homeland Security, and eTwinning, she promotes critical thinking and the verification of information.
