Konrad has gained experience in public administration and research projects. He has been collaborating with the Demagog Association since October 2025, focusing on monitoring social media content.

Konrad graduated in history and journalism and social communication from the University of Warsaw and is also a participant in doctoral studies at the Institute of History of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He regularly develops his skills in information analysis and countering disinformation by participating in specialized training programs.
