Member of Demagog since 2016 until June 2025. Editor-in-Chief and Vice President of Demagog Association since 2017.

Pawel holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences in the field of Political Science and Administration, and is an expert on Eastern  European affairs at Ambitna Polska Foundation. Member of the Governance Body of the European Fact-Checking Standards Network (EFCSN) and a member of the Permanent Task-Force monitoring the implementation of the European Code of Practice on Disinformation. In 2022, he served as a member of the Task Force on Disinformation on the War in Ukraine, formed by the European Digital Media Observatory (EDMO).

Author of numerous peer-reviewed scientific publications. His research interests encompass foreign policy and security affairs in Central and Eastern Europe, Ukrainian internal politics, Polish-Ukrainian relations, nationalism and radical movements, as well as disinformation and foreign influence operations.
